Tips for lockdown from @AlexDodman


  1. If you can get out for exercise hour get it done before lunch so you can plan some bits to do at home in the afternoon so you haven’t got the stress of trying to get out later
  2. Plan something crafty like making something or a treasure hunt to do every day in the afternoon after you’ve been out to eat up some hours
  3. Allot some “calm time” to watch a film or something an hour or so before bed so hopefully they stay calm as keeping their normal bedtime routine is hard at the minute.
