- tsp Oregano
- tbsp Tomato Puree
- Wholegrain pitta
- Mini Babybel
- Chop an onion, courgette, pepper and a few mushrooms
- Cook with a teaspoon of oregano, tablespoon of tomato puree and 3 tablespoons of water
- Place evenly on top of a wholegrain toasted pitta
- Thinly slice a Babybel per pitta and place on top
- Grill for 2 minutes and that’s it!
