Pitta Pizza

Fancy a pizza but only have 5 minutes? Try our Pitta Pizza!



  • Onion
  • Pepper
  • Mushroom
  • Courgette
  • tsp Oregano
  • tbsp Tomato Puree
  • Wholegrain pitta
  • Mini Babybel


  1. Chop an onion, courgette, pepper and a few mushrooms
  2. Cook with a teaspoon of oregano, tablespoon of tomato puree and 3 tablespoons of water
  3. Place evenly on top of a wholegrain toasted pitta
  4. Thinly slice a Babybel per pitta and place on top
  5. Grill for 2 minutes and that’s it!
